Data we collect

Your dietary preference selections are stored locally on your device only. We do not store or share your personal data on any external server, and the app does not require an account or sign-in.

Camera

Camera access is used only to scan menu images. Photos are sent securely to our AI analysis service for one-time processing and are not stored or retained.

Dish analysis

When you analyse a dish, the dish name or menu text you provide is sent to our AI analysis service to generate the result, together with your selected dietary restrictions. This information is processed for that request only and is not used to identify you.

Advertising

The current version of the app does not display third-party advertising. If advertising is introduced in a future version, this policy will be updated before that change takes effect.

Third party services

The app uses Anthropic Claude AI for dish analysis and Microsoft Azure for text to speech audio. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for information on how they handle data.
